At Adjust Bouw & Infra, we work daily on the development and maintenance of the Dutch infrastructure network. Think of projects in the fields of roads, bridges, water management, rail, and energy infrastructure. Our consultants hold key positions within major projects. We work on both the client side for Rijkswaterstaat, ProRail, and water boards, among others and on the contractor side for construction companies.

Projects in the construction and infrastructure sector are often organized according to the IPM model (Integrated Project Management). Within these teams, roles such as project manager, project controller, contract manager, risk manager, and stakeholder manager are essential for successfully realizing complex projects.
