HevoFame is a multidisciplinary development company focused on creating high‑quality living environments for people in vulnerable situations. We believe that everyone with a care or support need should be able to participate fully in everyday life and feel at home in their community.

As care demands grow and society becomes more complex, new forms of living and support are needed. We work from an area‑based perspective, developing integrated concepts that bring together housing, care, community services, meeting places, retail and local amenities. Our projects range from living environments for people with intensive care needs to rehabilitation and recovery facilities, as well as neighborhood shopping centers.

Over the past fifteen years, our work evolved from “from staying to living” towards our current focus: “from living to living together.” 

Our team of forty specialists brings expertise in designing living concepts, strategy, real estate development, architecture and design, finance, and project management. Together, we support care organizations, housing associations, and municipalities in shaping meaningful, future‑proof real‑estate solutions.
