At Vonk, ambition gets direction

Vonk Talent: you develop yourself during a two-year program as a junior project manager. In doing so, you work on multiple assignments in the (semi-)public sector.

Vonk Traineeship: you follow a group-oriented traineeship in the (semi-)public sector, where you get to work on socially relevant assignments at a province or municipality.

All programs are characterized by guidance, coaching, challenging training sessions, peer coaching, and more that you attend alongside deepening your knowledge of the field at Vonk.
